Arlington Welcomes US-China Investment Summit

Arlington took center stage as the US-China Investment Summit began its nine-day tour of the United States. More than 50 Chinese investors along with Chinese and international media attended the opening ceremonies at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.

Both Mayor Robert N. Cluck and City Manager Trey Yelverton spoke to investors touting the opportunities, amenities and policies in place to encourage investment in Arlington and the region.

The Forum will cover the role of local governments in investment promotion in China, a broad discussion with Chinese private investors in attendance, and discussion on trends and execution for investment opportunities.
