Wii Sports Friday

Every Friday during the summer, the George W. Hawkes Central Library will host Wii Sports Friday from 3 p.m. -6 p.m. in The Studio. The program is for teens in grades 7th to 12th. Games such as Wii tennis, Wii bowling, Wii boxing, Wii golf and Wii baseball will be available for teens to play.

Indians vs. Rangers

June 6-9

Come out and see the action between the Indians vs. Rangers at Global Life Park in Arlington for a three game series. Friday game starts at 7:05 p.m. with a post-game firework show. Sunday's game starts at 2:05 p.m. There will be $1 Blue Bell Ice Cream for ages 13 and under and free Dairy MAX Chocolate Milk Glass for the first 10,000, for ages 13 and under. Monday's game starts at 7:05 p.m. with free Fox Sports Southwest Airlines cap for the first 15,000.

Dance Theatre of Arlington presents We Got Rhythm -A Musical Dance Revue

Enjoy a night of a family-friendly show as the Dance Theatre of Arlington (DTA) presents "We Got Rhythm!" featuring DTA company members performing along with a special performance by Teen Talent Follies. The performance takes place Sunday, June 8th at 5 p.m. Tickets for students ages 12 and under are $5 and adult tickets are $10. To purchase tickets go to www.SupprtDTA.com.

Arlington Music Hall- Auditions

Arlington Music Hall is holding auditions for ages 15 and over on June 7, 2014 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. To reserve an audition time you must call (817)-226-4400. You must be prepared to perform for 10 minutes, be dressed for stage performance, be versatile in multiple genres of music and bring tracks or your instrument.

Summer Music Series at the Black Dog Pizza

June 6- July 25

Come and enjoy the Live Music Summer Series at the Black Dog Pizza, every Friday night starting at 9 p.m. There will be a full menu until midnight and drink specials all night long. Admission is free. Black Dog Pizza is a laid-back sports lounge that serves Italian- American food.
