Are you a fine connoisseur of Asian food and near eastern culture? Then the Egg roll Festival, Health Care and Business Expo might be just the event for you! This Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church Hall will host this event with the intent of creating a fun community environment. Citizens can learn and experience the finest Asian cultural exhibits Tarrant County has to offer. Yen Nguyen, supervisor of the Egg roll festival, says it will exhibit Korean, Vietnamese, Indian and Hawaiian food, as well as cultural performances and singing.

City council members Jimmy Bennett and Michael Glaspie will be honorary judges at the Egg roll contest.

In addition to the food and entertainment, various Asian businesses will display their wares to the community, and there will be a health fair and several clinics. Flu shots will be available for $15.

The Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church is located at 801 East Mayfield Road in Arlington.
