Enjoy an entertaining evening in Downtown Arlington and help support literacy! The Arlington Public Library Foundation invites you to join friends and neighbors on Saturday, October 19, for the Fall Crawl. Travel from one downtown restaurant to another throughout the evening, enjoy special discounts, and raise needed funds for library programs.

The event will kick-off from the George W. Hawkes Central Library Patio on the east side of the building, corner of Mesquite and 101 E. Abram Street. Gather on the Patio from 5 - 6 p.m., and continue through Downtown Arlington until 11 p.m. A $5 donation to the Arlington Public Library Foundation for a wristband entitles you to special discounts at downtown establishments at specific times. This event is for the whole family with some designated locations for 21 and up.

Participating restaurants are The Grease Monkey, Old School Pizza & Subs, Jimmy John's Sandwiches, Twisted Root, J. Gilligan's, Mavericks and Hooligan's. Family-friendly costumes are part of the fun!

All proceeds benefit the Arlington Public Library Foundation. This is the fifth consecutive Downtown Crawl, raising much-needed funds each spring and fall. Check the library website for an updated event schedule, map and information about wristband purchase. Join us for this special night of fall fun!
