The Arlington Museum of Art is giving high school students in The American Dream City the chance to showcase their talents as artists.

Each spring, the Arlington Museum of Art works collaboratively with the Arlington Independent School District to give students the opportunity to display their pieces, done in a wide variety of mediums, to the general public.

Six weeks are dedicated to this exhibition. It is held in conjunction with National Youth Art Month and Youth Art Month work on display in Austin, Texas at the Capitol building.

The AMA supports the art education mission of public schools in The American Dream City.

An opening reception is held during each two-week show to provide an opportunity for family and friends to attend and celebrate their student 's artistic achievements.
