This is part of the City of Arlington 's focus on making government transparent to residents, businesses and visitors. This year, the report is also available as an interactive e-publication.
The PAFR is a citizen friendly financial report that uses narrative and art to explain the information found in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Both are published at the same time each year.
The City 's latest edition has been digitally enriched to include elements such as informative videos, sound, web links and interactive page flipping and zooming.
