Looking for ways to improve your health?

Don 't miss the 13th annual Health and Wellness Expo presented by the Arlington Parks and Recreation Department. This free event will feature screenings, demonstrations and much more.

If you 're trying to keep up with your New Year Resolution to stay in good health or if you 're simply just trying to join the “healthy and fit” bandwagon we 've got the tools for you. Make this year the year you focus on your health and well-being. This event is open to all ages.

What the event offers:

Bone density screenings, spiral screenings, stroke, cholesterol information and blood pressure checks. We will also have Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and beauty demonstrations.
