Harris Road Park

Construction on the Harris Road Park is under way in South Arlington.

This future neighborhood park, located at 907 W. Harris Road, will feature an 8-foot-wide concrete loop hike/bike trail and shaded playground areas for play equipment designed for children ages 2 through 5 and 5 through 12. In addition, the park will include a lighted parking lot with automated access gate, landscape improvements, bicycle rack, benches, picnic tables and drinking fountains.

Northstar Construction LLC of Fort Worth is the contractor for this project, which is funded through park impact fees.

Harris Road Park, which aligns with the Arlington City Council priority to Champion Great Neighborhoods, is set to open in summer 2018.
