Can I use a pavilion without a reservation?
Yes, any pavilion unreserved for the day becomes available to the general public on a first come, first served basis.
Can I reserve a pavilion by the hour?
You must reserve the pavilion in full day (fourteen hour) time blocks.
What happens if I reserve the pavilion and another group is using the pavilion when arrive during my reservation time?
You need to contact the Arlington Police Department at the non-emergency line at 817-274-4444.
How can I rent or check availability of a pavilion?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are permitted with a $25 cancellation fee applied and must occur at least two weeks prior to the reservation date.
What if my event gets rained out?
In the event of rain, the Parks and Recreation Department will issue your account a "Rain Check" for the reschedule of your event. You have up to one year to reschedule the rained out event.
What am I allowed to bring to my event?
You may purchase extra permits to customize your rental. Check additional information for the fee schedule for additional permits such as alcohol use, piñata, amplified sound (where applicable), and bounce house permits. Please contact customer service at 817-459-5473 to see what other items need a permit or are prohibited.
What is at the park I rented?

What is the deposit to book?
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. The Parks and Recreation Department is not able to place any holds or retain any deposits for reservations. All monies must be paid to reserve.
