Arlington Expo Center Exhibitors

The Arlington Expo Center offers on-site parking for vendors and exhibitors on the west side of our venue in the main parking lot. Additionally, there are adjacent surface lots available for overflow parking.

Expo Center vendor/exhibitor parking is $10 per car, with daily in/out privileges. We accept most major credit cards, as well as cash.

To access our parking lot, turn into the main entrance, marked by our electronic marquee, located at 1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington TX 76011. Proceed to the parking attendant's booth, and then to the areas designated for unloading by show management.

Once you have completed unloading in the dock area, you should move your vehicle away from the loading zones and into the parking lot.

RV overnight parking is not allowed. (RV campground.)

After-hours and/or multi-day tractor/trailer parking and detached trailer parking must be approved by venue management and is only allowed in specified areas.

The Arlington Expo Center has one option for the loading and unloading of freight and equipment into the venue.

Freight and/or equipment is not allowed to be loaded or unloaded through public entrances or any glass doors. 

North Loading Dock

Our North Loading Dock is equipped with a drive-up ramp, and a three-bay loading dock.

Additional Information

Parking in the loading dock area is limited to move-in and move-out activity only. Once you have finished loading or unloading, please move your vehicle to the main parking lot.

Exhibitor Parking Information

The Arlington Expo Center does not offer shipping, receiving, or storage services on-site.

The event you are exhibiting at may offer receiving, storage, drayage and/or shipping services through the event’s contracted decorating firm. Please contact the event organizer directly or contact us at 817-459-5000 for assistance.

Any items shipped directly to the Arlington Expo Center or left unattended for pick-up may not be secured and the City of Arlington assumes no responsibility or liability for damage, theft, or other loss.

Electric

The Arlington Expo Center have electric utility service available to exhibitors and vendors. The utility services are situated on a 30’x30′ floorbox grid.

The Esports Stadium is designed to support individual 500-watt utility to vendors and exhibitors out of the in-floor utility boxes. Higher voltage production shorepower is also offered on the north and east walls as well as from several locations mid-room.

Telephone

The Esports Stadium is configured to offer telephone (POTS) service from the in-floor utility boxes. Any equipment that you may be bringing must be able to be programmed to ‘dial-9’ to obtain an outside line. We also offer telephone handsets, should you need to make voice calls.

Internet Access

The center has extensive capabilities to offer wired Ethernet internet access for exhibitors and vendors. We offer dedicated wired internet service from all of the in-floor utility boxes throughout the facilities in both our Standard (5mpbs) and our Premium (10mpbs) bandwidth speeds.

Product samples are permitted on the show floor only if the item is a sample product of the exhibitor. Written permission must be obtained 30 days prior to the event by filling out and submitting the Food & Beverage Sampling Request Form.

Once you have been approved to distribute food or beverage samples, you must obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the City of Arlington Health Department and display it in your booth or at the show management information desk during the entire event period.
