A recent booking photo of Mr. Woodard from a January 4, 2022 arrest for Criminal Mischief is attached to this release for public dissemination. Anyone who sees him or has information about his whereabouts is requested to call 911 immediately. Mr. Woodard should be considered armed and dangerous – and members of the public should not approach him if they see him.
