Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and city holidays.

Records Fee Schedule

  • Accident Reports: $6.00 per report
  • Accident Reports (Certified): $8.00 per report
  • All Other Certifications: $5.00
  • Fingerprinting services: $11.00 per card (from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
  • Good Conduct Letters: $5.00 per person
  • Local Criminal Background Checks (City of Arlington): $5.00 per person
