2020-Present

Report Number: 2020-00030841

Victim: Evan Lacey, 19 years old
Location: 7100 Webb Farrell Road

Synopsis: On December 19, 2019, Evan Lacey was reported missing by his family. On January 3, 2020, officers were dispatched to 7100 Webb Farrell Road after a group of utility workers reported finding a body in a wooded area. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the body was that of Mr. Lacey. It was later determined he died due to being shot.

Victim: Yago Fountain, 43 years old
Location: 2503 Sunflower Drive

Synopsis: On February 3, 2020, officers responded to 2503 Sunflower Drive to investigate a shooting in progress. When they arrived on scene, they found Yago Fountain, who had multiple gunshot wounds, lying on the ground. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Victim: Islam Duly, 44 years old
Location: 6400 S Collins Street

Synopsis: On September 30, 2020, officers responded to 6400 S Collins Street to investigate a reported stabbing. When officers arrived on scene, they located Islam Duly and his wife who had both suffered stab wounds. They were transported to the hospital where Mr. Duly was later pronounced deceased. His wife survived.

Victim: Eugene Johnson, 32 years old
Location: 805 N Oak Street

Synopsis: On April 28, 2020, officers responded to 805 N Oak Street after someone reported seeing an unresponsive male lying on the sidewalk in front of an apartment complex. When officers arrived on scene, they located Eugene Johnson who had been shot. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Victim: Kier Solomon, 22 years old
Location: 1101 Stonetrail Road

Synopsis: On September 20, 2021, officers responded to 1101 Stonetrail Road after someone reported seeing an unresponsive female in a vehicle. When officers arrived on scene, they located Kier Solomon, a transgender woman, in her vehicle and discovered she had been shot. She was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.

Victim: Alphonso Lewis, 34 years old
Location: 6430 Rivertrail Circle #131

Synopsis: On December 10, 2021, officers responded to 6430 Rivertrail Circle after a family member of Alphonso Lewis reported finding him unresponsive in his apartment. When officers arrived on scene, they located Mr. Lewis lying on the floor with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Synopsis: On May 26, 2022, officers responded to 6001 Bay Hill Drive to investigate a shooting in progress. When they arrived on scene, they found Donald Williams lying unresponsive in driveway. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Location:1713 Florence Street

Synopsis: On October 19, 2018, Officers were dispatched to 1713 Florence St., reference a person lying in the street in front of a residence. When Officers arrived they found Alexander Cabrera injured from a gun shot wound. He was transported to Medical City Arlington hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Synopsis: January 30, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 2200 Falconer #18104, reference an unknown violent situation. Upon entering the residence, Officers and Emergency Medical Personnel pronounced Joseph Shultz deceased.

Synopsis: On March 7, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 623 Cousins Lane, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived at the residence, they located Perry Webster, who was unresponsive due to being shot. Perry was later pronounced deceased at Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Synopsis: On March 7, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 623 Cousins Lane, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived at the residence, they located Perry Webster, who was unresponsive due to being shot. Perry was later pronounced deceased at Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Location: 700 W I-20 Highway

Synopsis: On June 16, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 700 W I-20 Highway, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, they located Dylan Spaid in his vehicle. Dylan was unresponsive after being shot during a road rage incident. Spaid was later pronounced deceased at the Medical Center of Arlington.

Lucio Ramirez Jauregui Victim: Lucio Ramirez-Jauregui, 34 years old
Location: 501 Jackson Square Drive

Synopsis: On September 1, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 501 Jackson Square Drive, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, they located Lucio Ramirez-Jauregui in a stairwell of the apartment complex. Lucio was unresponsive due to being shot. Lucio was later pronounced deceased at Medical City of Arlington.

Synopsis: On October 4, 2017, Officers were dispatched to 2015 Valleywood Drive #153, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, they located Justin Dotson, who was unresponsive due to being shot. Justin was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Location: 400 W Sanford Street

Synopsis: On August 14, 2016, officers responded to a park at 400 West Sanford Street to investigate a shooting in progress. When they arrived on scene, they found Daqualun Kelley lying unresponsive on the ground. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Synopsis: On March 15, 2016, officers responded to 2400 Windsprint Way to investigate a shooting in progress. When they arrived on scene, they found Kevin Anderson lying unresponsive in a breezeway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Location: 2401 Summer Place Drive

Synopsis: On March 8, 2016, Officers were dispatched to 2401 Summer Place Drive, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, they discovered Calvin Camacho lying on the street with a gunshot wound. He was later transferred to MCA Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Location: 2401 Summer Place Drive

Synopsis: On July 10, 2016, Officers were dispatched to 1900 block of Longmeadow Drive, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, they discovered Tyranny Dorn lying on the street with a gunshot wound. He was later transferred to MCA Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Location: 2500 Park Village Drive #605

Synopsis: On December 12, 2015, Officers were dispatched to 2500 Park Village Drive #605, Windsprint Apartments, reference an investigation call. Once Officers arrived on scene, they discovered Jonathan Cole deceased inside the residence from a gunshot wound.

Synopsis: On May 3, 2015, Officers were dispatched to Arlington Memorial Hospital, reference a shooting report. After arriving on scene, Officers were advised Charles Harris was deceased from a single gunshot wound.

Victim: Kelly Michelle Walters, 25
Location: 2100 NE Green Oaks Blvd

Synopsis: On January 16, 2015, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 2100 NE Green Oaks Blvd. and Burney Rd. regarding a hit and run accident. A vehicle, possibly described as a dark grey 2007 - 2010 Chrysler 300, ran the red light and struck the victim in the crosswalk. The suspect fled the location. Kelly Walters was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased from her injuries.

Location: 2112 Forest Hills Drive #1053

Synopsis: On January 8, 2015, Officers were dispatched to 2112 Forest Hills Drive #1053, Spring Woods Apartments, reference a shooting in progress. Daniel Dardar was discovered to be deceased on scene due to multiple gunshot wounds.

Location: 400 block of Crest Line Drive

Synopsis: On September 28, 2014, Officers were dispatched to shots fired call at the intersection of Crest Point Drive and Crest Line Drive. Upon arrival, Officers discovered Marcus Robinson had been shot multiple times. He later was pronounced deceased at Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Location: 1211 Brooklawn Drive

Synopsis: On June 5, 2013, Officers were dispatched to 1211 Brooklawn Drive, reference a shooting in progress. Once Officers arrived, they located Donsha Hughes, who had a sustained a gunshot wound. He later was pronounced dead at the Medical Center of Arlington.

Location: 407 Sussex Drive

Synopsis: On June 4, 2013, Officers were dispatched to 407 Sussex Drive, reference a kidnapping. Officers later discovered the body of Leona Swafford at 1915 Kimberly. It was determined she died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: George Arnold Hawkins, 52 years old
Location: 2216 Elmwood Drive (Sutter Creek Apartments)

Synopsis: On October 26, 2010 the body of George Hawkins was discovered in the breezeway of the Sutter Creek Apartments at 2216 Elmwood Drive. It was later determined that Hawkins died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 2411 East Park Row Drive #103 (South Park Apartments)

Synopsis: On May 23, 2011 the body of Evelia Valencia was discovered in her bedroom at the South Park Apartments, 2411 East Park Row Drive #103. It was later discovered that Valencia died from strangulation.

Location: 1500 Homemaker Hills Drive

Synopsis: On November 30, 2011 the body of Federico Vidana was discovered inside his home at 1500 Homemaker Hiller Drive. It was later determined that Vidana died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim: Irasema Chavez, 32 years old
Location: 2714 S. Collins St. #416 (Aspenwood Apartments)

Synopsis: On January 20, 2012 the body of Irasema Chavez was discovered inside her apartment at the Aspenwood Apartments at 2714 S. Collins St. #416. It was later determined that Chavez died from multiple stab wounds.

2000-2009

Victim: Jesus Luna, 18 years old
Location: 2300 Gilbert Circle

Synopsis: On December 24, 2006, Officers were dispatched to 2300 Gilbert Circle, in reference to a cutting in progress. Once Officers arrived on scene, Jesus Luna was being transported by EMS to the Medical Center of Arlington. Jesus Luna was later pronounced deceased from multiple stab wounds.

Location: 420 West Park Row Drive

Synopsis: On October 27, 2006, Officers were dispatched to 420 West Park Row Drive, reference a shooting in progress. Upon arrival, Officers located Ashley Hegazy, who was deceased from a gunshot wound.

Location: 202 W. Pioneer Parkway (Pioneer Point Apartments)

Synopsis: On July 18, 2000 the body of Joseph Quinton was discovered in his vehicle at Pioneer Point Apartments at 202 W. Pioneer Parkway. It was later determined that Quinton died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 3023 E. Park Row (Meadowbriar Apartments)

Synopsis: On April 1, 2001 the body of Rafael Esparza was discovered in the parking lot of Meadowbriar Apartments at 3023 E. Park Row. Esparza was the victim of a robbery along with 3 other H/M’s. It was later determined that Esparza died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 3001 Littlebrook Lane #1122 (Running Brook Apartments)

Synopsis: On May 2, 2002 the body of Kermit McKinney was discovered in the bedroom of his apartment at Running Brook Apartments, 3001 Littlebrook Lne #1122. It was later determined that McKinney died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Location: 324 W. Pioneer Parkway #101 (Parkway Place Townhomes)

Synopsis: On July 5, 2002 the body of Patrick Taylor was discovered in the parking lot of the Parkway Place Townhomes at 324 W. Pioneer Pkwy. It was later determined that Taylor died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Margarita Tarango and Armando Castillo Victim: Margarita Tarango, 33 years old and Armando Castillo, 28 years old
Location: 1620 Kelly Terrace

Synopsis: On August 14, 2002 the bodies of Margarita Tarango and Armando Castillo were discovered inside the residence at 1620 Kelly Terrace. It was later determined that Tarango and Castillo both died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim: Stephen Hughes, 46 years old
Location: 306 109th St. (Pioneer Restaurant)

Synopsis: On November 16, 2002 Stephen Hughes confronted a suspect breaking into his vehicle at 306 109th St, the Pioneer Restaurant. The suspect jumped into a van and tried to flee. Hughes jumped onto the van and tried to stop the suspect. Hughes fell from the moving vehicle and sustained head injuries causing his death. It was later determined that Hughes died from blunt force trauma.

Victim: Terrick Rutherford, 26 years old
Location: 800 North 360 (Jamies Rhythm Club)

Synopsis: On June 23, 2003 during a disturbance at Jamies Rhythm Club at 800 North 360, Terrick Rutherford was shot multiple times in his vehicle, leaving the club. The suspect vehicle was described as a mid 1990’s light gray Camaro. It was later determined that Rutherford died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Location: 521 Briar Oaks

Synopsis: On March 23, 2004 the body of Jacqueline Danso was discovered in the bedroom of her house at 521 Briar Oaks. It was later determined that Danso died from strangulation.

Victim: Joe Henry Schick, 52 years old
Location: 216 W. Pioneer Parkway #11, Matlock Place Apartments

Synopsis: On December 6, 2004 the body of Joe Schick was discovered in the kitchen of his apartment at the Matlock Place Apartment, 216 W. Pioneer Parkway #11. It was later determined that Schick died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 2131 Breckenridge #160 (Hidden Valley Apartments)

Synopsis: On January 13, 2005 the body of Jerome Smith was discovered in his apartment at Hidden Valley Apartments, 2131 Breckenridge #160. It was later determined that Smith died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim: Felix Olivares, 31 years old
Location: 1609 Regency Ct. #401 (Eagle Crest Apartments)

Synopsis: On March 22, 2005 Felix Olivares knocked on the door of apartment #401 at 1609 Regency Ct., the Eagle Crest Apartments. Olivares stated he had just been robbed and shot by an unknown suspect. Olivares was transported to a hospital and later died. It was determined that Olivares died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Ramon Robledo, 32 years old
Location: 4811 S. Cooper St. (WalMart)

Synopsis: On July 21, 2005 the body of Ramon Robledo was discovered in the trunk of a 2003 White Nissan Sentra in the parking lot of Walmart at 4801 S. Coopet St. It was later determined that Robledo died from gunshot wounds.

Victim: Baldomero Orta, 32 years old
Location: 1400 Haywood Court (Brandon Oaks Apartments)

Synopsis: On December 11, 2005 Baldomero Orta was shot in his vehicle during an apparent attempted robbery, in the parking lot of 1400 Haywood Court, the Brandon Oaks Apartments. His vehicle was a 2000 GMC Sierra pickup. It was later determined that Orta in fact died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Saravanan Ramasubramanian, 32 years old
Location: 1600 W. Pioneer Parkway (Conoco)

Synopsis: On January 7, 2006 the body of Saravanan Ramasubramanian was discovered behind the counter at the Conoco station at 1600 W. Pioneer Parkway. Ramasubramanian was an employee at the Conoco. It was later determined that Ramasubramanian died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim: Nathan Sanal, 26 years old
Location: 1609 S. Cooper St. (Woodwind Apartments)

Synopsis: On November 27, 2006 Nathan Sanal and his wife drove into the parking lot of their apartment complex, Woodwind Apartments, at 1609 S. Cooper St. They were approached by a B/M suspect who had a handgun and attempted to rob the couple. Sanal refused to give up property and was subsequently shot. Sanal later died from his gunshot wound.

Victim: Reginald Taylor, 31 years old
Location: 808 Timberlake Ct. (Las Lomas Apartments)

Synopsis: On October 12, 2007 Reginald Taylor and several associates were in the breezeway of the Las Lomas Apartments at 808 Timberlake Court. They were approached by 3 W/M’s in an attempted robbery, and Taylor was subsequently shot by one of the suspects. Taylor later died from his gunshot wound.

Victim: William Steven Ruff, 37 years old (AKA Lorenzo Hall, 33 years old)
Location: 1805 Scout’s Vista #322 (Legacy Point Townhomes)

Synopsis: On September 3, 2008 William Ruff was playing cards with a group of friends at Legacy Point Townhomes, 1805 Scout’s Vista #322. Someone knocked on the door and upon answering it, Ruff was shot multiple times by an unknown suspect. Ruff later died from his gunshot wounds.

Victim: Aaron Lamarr Davis, 43 years old
Location: 2405 Hollandale Circle #Z (Regal Commons Apartments)

Synopsis: On January 18, 2009 Aaron Davis ran to the breezeway of 2401 Hollandale Circle #G from his apartment at 2405 Hollandale Circle #Z, Regal Commons Apartments. Davis had been shot in his apartment and left to get assistance. Davis later died from his gunshot wound.

Location: 2508 Silverbrook Lane

Synopsis: On March 19, 1991, Officers were dispatched to 2508 Silverbrook Lane, reference a person not breathing. Upon arrival, Officers located Corlis Ancrum, who was later pronounced deceased from unknown causes.

Location: 1100 Harwell Drive #1320 (The Cloisters Condominiums)

Synopsis: On July 8, 1991, the body of Andre Long was discovered in his apartment at 1100 Harwell Drive #1320, the Cloisters Condominiums. It was later determined that Long had died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Cynthia Rene Gonzalez, 25 years old
Location: 1401 S. Cooper St. (Car Wash) – body discovered – County Road 313 in Johnson County.

Synopsis: On September 17, 1991 Cynthia Gonzales was reported missing to APD. On September 22, 1991 the body of Gonzales was discovered off county road 313 in Johnson County, Texas. It was later determined that Gonzales died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 2513 Hollandale Circle #H (Hollandale Apartments)

Synopsis: On April 8, 1992 the body of Ricky Hardy was discovered inside his apartment at 2513 Hollandale Circle #H, the Hollandale Apartments. It was later determined that Hardy died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Loc Tran, 52 years old
Location: 1430 Parkway Lane

Synopsis: On April 14, 1992 Loc Tran was taken by Careflight to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased. He was transported from inside his residence at 1430 Parkway Lane. Tran had been confronted by multiple suspects at his residence prior to the offense. It was later determined that Tran died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 5110 Little Road

Synopsis: On September 7, 1992 the body of Jose Ramirez was discovered in the driveway at 5110 Little Road and it is believed he was dumped there. It was later determined that Ramirez died from gunshot wounds.

Victim: Kenneth Rose, 31 years old
Location: 3804 Drew Lane

Synopsis: On December 20, 1992 Kenneth Rose went outside his residence at 3804 Drew Lane to confront someone in his driveway. Rose was killed at his residence. It was later determined that Rose died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Amy Vess, 22 years old
Location: 4001 W. Green Oaks (Dancers Closet)

Synopsis: On November 1, 1993 the body of Amy Vess was discovered at 4001 W. Green Oaks, Dancers Closet. Vess was the victim of an apparent robbery and was able to communicate to 911 before passing away. It was later determined that Vess died from a gunshot wound.

Victim: Gregory Johnson, 28 years old
Location: 2215 Harriet #23 (Arlington Village Apartments)

Synopsis: On January 1, 1994 the body of Gregory Johnson was discovered in his living room at 2215 Harriet #23, Arlington Village Apartments, just after the New Year celebration ended. It was later determined that Johnson died from a gunshot wound. Apparently someone shot in the air and it came through the window and killed Johnson.

Location: 1700 Alder Dr (Parkside Townhomes)

Synopsis: On October 20, 1994 Liliana Leasure and her friend had just pulled into the Parkside Townhomes at 1700 Alder Dr. Leasure was approached by the suspect and killed in the parking lot. Leasure died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim: Amber Hagerman, 9 years old
Location: Abduction – 1700 E. Abram – Recovery – 2908 Forest Hollow (Forest Ridge Apartments)

Synopsis: On January 13, 1996 Amber Hagerman was abducted from the 1700 blk of Abram Street while riding her bike. On January 17, 1996 the body of Hagerman was discovered in a creek bed at 2908 Forest Hollow (Forest Ridge Apartments). It was later determined that Hagerman died from a stab wound.

Location: 900 North SH 360

Synopsis: On August 2, 1996 while traveling northbound on SH 360 in the passenger seat of a 1985 Maroon Oldsmobile, Scott Reide was shot and killed during a road rage incident. The other vehicle was described as white 4 door sedan occupied by 3 H/M’s.

Location: 3200 E. Park Row Drive (Stop-N-Go)

Synopsis: On September 1, 1997 the body of Baby Jane Doe was discovered in a dumpster at 3200 E. Park Row Drive (Stop-N-Go). The cause of death was ruled as undetermined.

Victim: Mary S. Jimenez, 41 years old
Location: 115 W. Rogers

Synopsis: On December 29, 1997 the body of Mary Jimenez was discovered in front of 115 W. Rogers. Jimenez had been the victim of a drive-by shooting. The suspects were driving a White Ford Escort and had shot at another location prior to this one. The suspect may also be responsible for several drive-by’s in Grand Prairie during the same time period. It was later determined that Jimenez died from a gunshot wound.

Location: 2914 S. Collins St. (Aspenwood Apartments)

Synopsis: On April 7, 1999 the body of Gregory Lang was discovered in a breezeway at the Aspenwood Apartments – 2914 S. Collins St. It was later determined that Lang died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Synopsis: On November 1, 1999 the body of Rodney Sims was located in the doorway of his small outbuilding residence (behind the main house) at 2911 W. Sublett Road. It was later determined that Sims died from a gunshot wound.

Synopsis: On April 9, 1981 the body of Paul Charles was discovered at a construction site at 6200 Maple Springs. It was later determined that Charles had died of multiple gunshot wounds. The victim’s white 1974 Pontiac Lemans was found on April 14 1981 at 1339 Rowan St. in Dallas, Texas, the parking lot of the Rowan Plaza Apartments.
