Located in the Arlington Sculpture Garden at Meadowbrook Park. The sculpture entitled "Blue Sky Dream" is 10 feet tall and depicts a man and a woman cradling an infant in their outstretched hands. It symbolizes the sacrifice parents make for their children. The unveiling was June 24, 2005.
