You know healthier citizens mean a healthier community... so
come exercise with us. We've got everything you need for a
great workout.
Visit Cliff Nelson, Dottie Lynn, Elzie Odom, Meadowbrook,
Hugh Smith Recreation Center and Eunice Senior Recreation Center to check out our new cardio equipment
and user-friendly line of Nautilus machines. The Arlington Parks and
Recreation Department has weight rooms in all five of its recreation
centers and one senior center. The centers are open year around and offer
physical fitness
programs for ages 14 and up.
