Arlington’s New City Manager is James Holgersson
In an unanimous vote Tuesday night, the Arlington City Council unanimously approved a contract hiring James Holgersson as the new city manager.

The East Arlington Branch Library Homework Center at 1624 New York Ave. is accepting registrations for six week, one-on-one tutoring sessions in reading, writing and math. The tutorials are for students in the first, second and third grades.
