The City of Arlington and the Arlington Housing Authority work
cooperatively to promote homeownership for first time homebuyers.
The following programs are offered to lower income persons in
support of homeownership:
Criteria for Eligibility
Program participants must meet the U S Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) income limits. Participants must have a total
household income at the time of application that does not exceed the
applicable
HUD Income Limits. For the
Homeownership programs the HUD income limits are 80% of the Area
Median Income.
