Arlington Vital
Statistics provides award winning service
 The
City of Arlington Bureau of Vital Statistics is responsible for
ensuring that every birth and death occurring in the city limits of
Arlington is properly registered and submitted to the State of Texas
Bureau of Vital Statistics for recording. This office has birth
records for all Texas births from 1903 to present. Death records
from April 1971 and up may also be obtained in this office.

concerning fees, please call the Texas Department of State Health
Services at 1-888-963-7111 or visit their website at
www.dshs.state.tx.us.
