Farm Fresh Produce
Yet Another Reason to
Visit Downtown Arlington
|
 Julie
Garro arrived at the downtown Farmer's
Market one rainy Friday morning
wondering if she'd be the only one
there. By 10 a.m., the sunshine wasn't
to be found. But people were. They
surrounded her booth stocked
with healthy dinners and desserts. Garro
is one of a number of vendors who return
each Friday on a closed block of Front
Street in downtown Arlington to
sell fresh produce and locally made
products.

H.O.P.E. Tutoring in Need
of Volunteers |
 H.O.P.E.
Tutoring has more than 100 students
signed up for sessions this year. But

volunteers to service its students.
Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday
afternoons and evenings at
area churches. Volunteers must be at
least 16 years of age and attend an
hourlong training session. For
information, call 817-860-7757 or e-mail

There's no telling what you might find
soaring at the Arlington Municipal
Airport these days: The ever-popular

eye-popping vertical takeoff and landing
capabilities. Learn more about
Arlington Municipal Airport. Send your
