VACANT STRUCTURE INITIATIVE
In an effort to promote strong neighborhoods, the City of
Arlington is currently partnering with property owners of vacant
residential and commercial structures. By proactively communicating
and working together, we can keep our neighborhoods safe and strong.
Property owners of vacant structures can assist in this process
by completing an
By completing and providing us this information, the Community
Services staff will be able to:
- Quickly contact the current property owner in the event of
an emergency
- Communicate with property owners regarding non-compliant
property conditions
- Request Arlington Police Department neighborhood patrol
monitoring to deter criminal activity
