Caution Regarding Home Rentals for Short-Term Events
Arlington citizens considering renting their homes for short-term special events such as Super Bowl, as well as individuals considering renting those homes, should exercise caution and due diligence. Property rental management services are not regulated or endorsed by the City. Owners of properties rented for these events will incur city and state hotel occupancy tax liability and would be charged penalties if tax payments were not made. Please help us welcome visitors to Arlington by encouraging them to stay in hotels, which benefits all Arlington citizens.
